Common questions
What counts as an active coach?
A coach with at least one open engagement that month. Coaches parked on your bench are free — you're never billed for a seat that isn't working.
What if we need more coaches than the tier includes?
Add them at checkout — the checkout form has an "Additional coaches" count, up to 25, billed on the same subscription at the tier's per-coach rate. Need more than that, or want to change the count later? Contact us from Settings → Subscription and we'll adjust it.
Do you charge per coachee?
No. There are no per-client fees, so group programs don't get punished for having people in them.
Can we get our data out?
Always. Every tenant can export its engagements, goals, sessions, and reports. That's a commitment, not a feature we might retire.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from Settings → Subscription at any time; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
